My approach blends physiological postpartum care - lymphatic drainage, abhyanga (oil massage), womb massage, herbal baths, belly binding, etc. As well as preparing nourishing meals, herbal teas, and care for your whole family—all rooted in ancestral traditions and backed by modern understanding. These packages are designed to replenish your body’s vitality, support breastfeeding, and ease your transition into motherhood—with care, skill, and presence.
Please Note: The packages below are diffrent than the Medi-Cal and Kaiser benefits package. The services below are covered by some private insurance companies and work benefits such as Carrot. Inquire what your insurance covers here.

One 2-hour prenatal visit
Two 4-hour postpartum visits

Signature Package

One 2-hour prenatal visit
Four 4-hour postpartum visits
(Total 18 hours at $75/hr) - $1350For mothers ready to deeply replenish body, mind, and spirit in the first four weeks postpartum. (Everything below is optional)

(Total 34 hours at $72/hr) - $2,448Inspired by global traditions of “sitting the month” — this package provides full-spectrum nurturing care for complete postpartum restoration.
Includes everything in Golden Hour and Mother’s Restoration, plus:
✔️ Weekly herbal baths, belly wraps, foot massage and/or therapeutic bodywork
✔️ In-home food preparation of warming, rebuilding meals & teas
✔️ Guided meditations, and energy balancing / trauma release exercises (if desired)
✔️ Recovery pelvic floor, core, and joints mobility exercises.
✔️ Nervous system support practices
✔️ Infant care while mother rests/naps/showers
