These packages are designed to replenish your body’s vitality, support breastfeeding, and ease your transition into motherhood—with care, skill, and presence.
Please Note: The packages below are diffrent than the Medi-Cal and Kaiser benefits package. The services below are covered by some private insurance companies and work benefits such as Carrot. Inquire what your insurance covers here.

Essentials Package
$625 – 90 min initial visit + 2 postpartum visits (3 hours each)For the mother who needs a good start.

Signature Package
$1,200 – 90 min initial visit + 4 postpartum visits (3 hours each)For mothers ready to deeply replenish body, mind, and spirit in the first six weeks postpartum. (Everything below is optional)
Includes everything in Golden Hour, plus:
✔️ Custom herbal and meals recovery plan (based on traditional foods and your dietary needs: broths, congee, teas)
✔️ Extended breastfeeding, pumping, and newborn feeding support
✔️ Postpartum lymph, womb & abdominal massage each visit (if desired)

✔️ Infant Massage Education

Comprehensive Package
$3,400 – 90 min initial visit + 12 Visits (3 hours each) (2-3 shifts/week over 4-6 weeks)Inspired by global traditions of “sitting the month” — this package provides full-spectrum nurturing care for complete postpartum restoration. (Everything below is optional)
Includes everything in Golden Hour and Mother’s Restoration, plus:
✔️ Weekly herbal baths, belly wraps, foot massage and/or therapeutic bodywork
✔️ In-home food preparation of warming, rebuilding meals & teas
✔️ Guided meditations, and energy balancing / trauma release exercises (if desired)
✔️ Recovery pelvic floor, core, and joints mobility exercises.
✔️ Nervous system support practices
✔️ Infant care while mother rests/naps/showers

Individual doula support sessions can be booked at a $100/hr rate. 2-hours per session minimum.
